I am beyond thankful that I found Jenny a few years back. Even more thankful to realize she was in my city. I follow her video workouts religiously and have gotten live training from her remotely. She always answers my questions and is a such a shining light!!! She is the best. She has taught me a ton about form and what exercises to do/not to do with osteoporosis. The Epic Bone Fitness program that Jenny has put together was very beneficial to me. It has easy to follow routines that can be done at home and in my own time. If you are looking for an exercise and stretching routine to build bone strength, improve balance, and improve your overall health, Osteo Pro Fitness is research-based, easy to learn, efficient, and grows with you as your health improves. The equipment needed for the exercises are affordable and compact enough to travel with. I've been doing Jenny's program for over two years and I am very pleased with the results (still waiting for a DEXA scan).

I am a 73-year-old woman who has been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I have had both knees replaced and both hips replaced because of severe arthritis. My husband came across Jenny's website, OstepProFitness, when he was looking for an exercise routine to help me. I LOVE IT! I am consistent in doing it and have seen my strength increase greatly (gone up 3 band sizes). I am walking 45 minutes. I love that I was able to find a workout routine for those with osteoporosis. I am waiting to see how my Dexascan turns out in March. I have been doing the program for over 2 years. Jenny Samuelson has an excellent program for strengthening my bones. My most recent bone scan showed improvement in my spine. This was after using her exercise program for only one year. Jenny’s exercise program is fantastic, and her clear video instruction is easy to follow. She teaches the exercises very professionally — she does every movement right along with you as she talks you through it. I started following her video exercise program to help with my osteoporosis. It has helped me immensely. I learned good ways to stretch and strengthen, and also learned how not to move so I can avoid putting pressure on my spine. I feel much stronger and more confident thanks to working with Jenny Samuelson — it may be from afar, but it surely doesn’t seem that way.

I was in denial about my diagnosis of Osteoporosis, but glad I decided to do something about it. I was happy to find out about Jenny's OsteoProFitness program: it changed my life! Her videos were easy to follow with clear instructions, and I am grateful for her expertise, and recommendations for exercising safely. I'm a retired senior (over 70). Once I began Jenny's program, I was pleasantly surprised at the strength I'd gained in my arms, legs, and core. My balance improved immensely, too (I can easily stand on one foot now). I feel better and look better. (With more more definition in my arm muscles, I no longer feel self-conscious about wearing sleeveless shirts). Jenny's program gave me a new lease on life, and I highly recommend her program. Thank you, Jenny; you are a God-send!

I have been doing Jenny’s Osteoporosis program since January of 2022. I had been diagnosed with osteoporosis and was looking for a program that I could do on my own and in my home. I searched the internet and found Jenny’s program. I am very pleased with the program and have kept it up regularly since I started. I have not had a follow-up bone scan done but I definitely feel stronger and recommend it to people that have osteoporosis.

This is a very doable program that also provides plenty of friendly support. I've used it for a few years now, and while I've added exercises and stretches from other sources, this is still the core of my workout.

This is a very detailed , fun and easy to follow program with multiple videos that illustrate all movements well . The program can be followed from home using very few props . People with a wide range of experience and ability can benefit from these exercises.
