Hi, I’m Jenny, the founder of OsteoProFitness!

I'm a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and I created OsteoProFitness because people diagnosed with osteoporosis were being told to take medication, but rarely told how to move safely or exercise to rebuild bone.

When my mother was diagnosed with osteoporosis, I used my PT background to develop a safe, research-based fitness program to help her regain confidence and strength. The results were life-changing and that’s how OsteoProFitness began.

Today, I help adults, especially women 55 and older, improve bone density, posture, and balance through personalized physical therapy and online exercise programs designed specifically for osteoporosis and osteopenia.
