For the strengthening courses, all you need is a set of resistance bands that includes a door anchor, ankle straps, and handles

(less than $30)!

Daily videos are 30-40 minutes long and are targeted to include ALL bone building exercise components based on research!   Stronger bones will keep you safe and enjoying the activities that you LOVE!

1. EPIC BONE FITNESS

A comprehensive, research-based, exercise course specifically created so you can fight osteoporosis with exercise!

With an initial 30-minute video chat and a follow up 45-minute video chat to check your form (a $200 value!), this is a perfect combination of physical therapy AND personal training!

I continue with you beyond the 6 weeks with continuous videos to keep you on track and ME by your side if you have any questions!

  • FOREVER access to the videos and to ME!   This is the ONLY program you need to build bone for a lifetime!
  • Two video chat sessions included!!  ($200 value!) An initial 30-minute video session so you start with confidence and another 45-minute video session to check your form for optimum safety and effectiveness!
  • Hits ALL bone healthy components!  
    I have taken all the research on bone healthy activities and included it in this program!
  • Ease into a workout routine so that you are able to be consistent and successful! The key to bone building is consistency.  I DO NOT want you to get overwhelmed.  This course is designed to start slow and increase at your own pace as you are able to. You have forever access to the videos (and ME as your guide)!
  • I perform ALL workouts with you! There is no guess-work in reps, sets, rest breaks, etc. Grab your resistance bands and press play!
  • Printable exercise worksheets included! Track which band you use for each exercise, how many reps, balance scores, and much more so you can stay safe as you keep track of your progress!
  • Instructions and demonstrations on all exercises!  I will explain and demonstrate ALL exercises as we do the entire workout routine together!   Videos of easier and more advanced versions of particular exercises are also included in this course so you can tailor it to your needs!

 

2. EBF- Exercise ONLY Version

If you are comfortable with working out, confident in your form with exercise, and do not need further modifying due to other health conditions, then this plan would be for you!

Same great research-based, exercise course, but without the two 1:1 video chats.
