For the strengthening courses, all you need is a set of resistance bands that includes a door anchor, ankle straps, and handles (less than $30)!

Daily videos are 30-40 minutes long and are targeted to include ALL bone building exercise components based on research!

Stronger bones will keep you safe and enjoying the activities that you LOVE!

  • Instructions and demonstrations on all exercises!  I will explain and demonstrate ALL exercises as we do the entire workout routine together!   Videos of easier and more advanced versions of particular exercises are also included in this course so you can tailor it to your needs!
